Service Description
Do you know the latest changes in the laws? Have you had your permit for years? Are you at risk of making a life changing error? Location: Until further notice, due to Hurricane Helene's damage, classes will be held on the second Sunday of the month, beginning with February, at the Maggie Vallie Sandwich Shop, 2914 Soco Road, Maggie Valley. CCA Cancellations: Occasionally, CCA may have to cancel a class due to weather, venue availability or some other reason beyond our control. Should that occur, you will be notified and moved to the next class. Should that class be inconvenient, we will work with you for an alternative date. Inability to attend: Students need to be aware that CCA incurs fees, and we expend time and effort to prepare for a class. These include obtaining supplies, paying for state certificates, printing forms, setting up the teaching venue, and purchasing ammunition for each student. Therefore, the following policies apply: a. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled class, you must give CCA 48 hours advance notice, and you will be rescheduled once to the next available class at no charge. If you fail to attend the next scheduled class, a $25 surcharge will apply to any subsequent rescheduling if the class is taken within three months of your originally scheduled class date. Thereafter, all fees paid shall be forfeited, and no refunds shall be issued. b. Should you not be present for your originally scheduled class and not have notified CCA 48 hours in advance, all fees paid shall be forfeited and not credited towards any future class.
