Introductory Cost: $65 per person, all inclusive (a sandwich tray and soft drinks are also included). You will receive a course training guide and a Certificate of Attendance. Classes will be held at the Maggie Valley Sandwich Shop, 2914 Soco Road, Maggie Valley, NC 28751 (or at another pre-announced location due to circumstances). CCA Cancellations: Occasionally, CCA may have to cancel a class due to weather, venue availability or some other reason beyond our control. Should that occur, you will be notified and moved to the next class. Should that class be inconvenient, we will work with you for an alternative date. Classes are approximately 3.5 hours in length. We do allow walk-ins, but it helps us plan if we know how many people to expect, as we must have ample supplies on hand. Please call 828-356-5454 to reserve your seat. COUPLES, FAMILIES, AND GROUPS ARE WELCOMED. NOTE: TO HAVE AN INTERACTIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE, CLASSES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF TEN PARTICIPANTS. IF THAT THRESHOLD IS NOT MET YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS. Inability to attend: Students need to be aware that CCA incurs fees, and we expend time and effort to prepare for a class. These include obtaining supplies, paying for state certificates, printing forms, setting up the teaching venue, and purchasing ammunition for each student. Therefore, the following policies apply: a. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled class, you must give CCA 48 hours advance notice, and you will be rescheduled once to the next available class at no charge. If you fail to attend the next scheduled class, a $25 surcharge will apply to any subsequent rescheduling if the class is taken within three months of your originally scheduled class date. Thereafter, all fees paid shall be forfeited, and no refunds shall be issued. b. Should you not be present for your originally scheduled class and not have notified CCA 48 hours in advance, all fees paid shall be forfeited and not credited towards any future class.
